Recently re-opened and refurbished following the previous owners’ retirement, Lago 137 sits on a spacious corner near the bust of Pope Juan XXIII, after whom the neighbourhood is named, and behind the large fountain that I have always assumed is why they call it “Lago”. Works for me, anyway. The tigres are meaty, once again….
